  3. Personal Experience: Connect with the team by sharing relevant personal experiences that demonstrate your understanding of the work and the challenges they may face.
  4. Common Goals: End by aligning your goals with the team’s, showing that you’re all working towards the same objective.

Using the SALO method helps in building trust, establishing your authority, and fostering a sense of unity with the team from the outset.
